Frequently Asked Questions

Subscriptions

What is the edition size?

Each pin design has its own quantity based on demand. There is no predetermined edition size on series pins. All Special Edition pins are limited to 250.

Can subscribers purchase pins they missed?

Yes, as stock allows. If you subscribe partway through a series, any spare pins from previous months in that series will be available to you in your subscriber vault, one per pin design.

I don't like next month's designs. Can I skip a month?

Yes. Hit "Skip This Month" on your subscription before the drop date. Your payment that month becomes wallet credit you can spend on past pins or the next month's drop.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Account, go to Subscriptions, find the subscription, and click "Cancel Subscription." The button is always available. You'll see exactly when your subscription will end before confirming.

What's the cancellation policy?

Subscriptions have a two-month minimum because of the discounted shipping rate. If you cancel within the first 60 days of subscribing, your subscription remains active and continues shipping until day 60 from start. After day 60, cancellation is instant and your final ship is the most recent drop.

Buying Pins

Can I get January's pin in February?

Sometimes, yes. Once the 100 publicly-released pins of a design are sold, that pin is gone from public sale. Once an entire Series is closed, all of its pins move to the archive and are no longer available for purchase.

Will you ever reprint a sold-out pin?

No. Each pin design has exactly one production run. Sold-out designs will not be remanufactured.

How many pins can I buy at one time?

For new monthly drops and past-pin sales, the limit is 2 of any single pin design per customer (by email or shipping address). Specials follow the same rule.

How can I share pin wish requests?

We love fan feedback. While we can't guarantee any pin will be made, send your ideas to [TBD: TW -- wishes email address].

Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

[TBD: TW -- typical USPS first-class transit times for domestic / international. Suggested copy: "Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment. International orders typically take 2-4 weeks."]

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available to most countries via USPS. You'll see the actual carrier rate at checkout. Subscribers pay the same actual rate for monthly international shipments, billed at the time of fulfillment.

Do you ship all items together / combine shipping?

When you have multiple orders going to the same address that are all ready to ship, we automatically combine them into a single shipment to save on packaging and tracking. You'll see the same tracking number across the combined orders.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

[TBD: TW -- your policy. Suggested starting copy: "For tracked shipments, we file a USPS missing-mail claim and replace the order at no charge once the claim is approved. For untracked shipments (the $0.99 / free no-tracking option), we cannot guarantee replacement since USPS provides no scan data -- please choose tracked shipping if you'd like delivery insurance."]

How can I change my order or address?

[TBD: TW -- your policy. Suggested copy: "If your order has not yet shipped, email us at [orders email] with your order number and the change you need. Orders already shipped cannot be redirected -- please contact USPS with your tracking number."]
